Facility RentalsBooking the FacilitiesTo inquire about renting any of our facilities, please contact the club at 519-669-4220 or rentals@elmiracurlingclub.ca. You can check the Calendar page to see if the date and time you are interested in is available. Our rentals manager will work with you to structure your event as per your specifications. Instructors can be hired for lessons at an additional cost based on the length of the session. Facilities Available for RentLicensed main lounge with bar: This room is normally set up with 4 round tables of eight chairs with an additional eight rocking chairs for viewing of games on-ice. This room can be set up as per your specifications for meetings, work functions, dances, etc. Licensed dining room: Seats 32 comfortably at 4 round tables of eight chairs. Can accommodate tables at the side for buffet-style dining. Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, a microwave, commercial dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze, crock pots, coffee maker, tea kettle, and all utensils and serving equipment. Note that our kitchen cannot be used as a preparatory kitchen, food can only be heated and served out of it as per health regulations. We can arrange for caterers to come in for your meals. Ice surface: We have 4 regulation sheets of curling ice. One sheet is set up with additional rings and hacks part way down to accommodate junior curlers. We have 4 sheets of standard curling rocks and additional sets of lighter junior rocks. Note: Both men's and women's changerooms/washrooms are available with any rental. Rates
1The kitchen rental fee applies if you are bringing in outside food. There is no kitchen charge if the event is catered by the club. |
